Joining The Planning & Execution Committee
By submitting the joining form, you will be agreeing to actively participate in the selected committee. As a committee member, you will be requested to participate in committee meetings either in person or remotely.
Onam 2024 Event Terms & Conditions
Program Changes:
Malayali Association Luxembourg (MAL) reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including event dates, times, speakers, and content. In the unlikely event of program changes or cancellation, MAL will strive to inform registered participants in a timely manner. If the event is canceled, MAL will provide a refund of the registration fee. However, MAL will not be responsible for any personal expenses incurred by participants due to event changes or cancellation.
Registration & Payment:
Participation in the event is confirmed only upon receipt and processing of the full payment.
Refunds may be considered, subject to sufficient notice. Transferring your event registration to another individual is not permitted.
Safety:
Participants are responsible for their own safety and security during the event. Malayali Association Luxembourg (MAL) will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages caused by third parties participating in the event. Participants are advised to have adequate insurance coverage to protect against any claims arising from damage, whether physical, psychological, or material, that they may cause to third parties during their attendance at a MAL event.
Food and Beverages:
Beverages, if available, will incur an additional charge.
By registering for the Malayali Association Luxembourg Onam 2024 event, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.
